Minimum subscription period:
We offer a drone subscription for worry-free long-term rentals from a duration of 6 months.

Contract termination and minimum term:
The contract notice period is 1 month, and the minimum contract term is 6 months. The minimum term starts all over again when you change the model.

Deposit payments:
No deposit payments are required.

Shipping and Returns:
The drone will be shipped to the customer on the working day before the start of the rental and must be returned by the customer on the first working day after the end of the rental. A pre-printed label for free return shipping is included.

Wear:
Signs of wear such as small scratches and wear and tear from normal use are included in the rental price.

Damage and soiling:
The repair of damage and heavy soiling due to improper use is subject to a fee. The exact cost is calculated according to the scope of the repair or cleaning work.

Loss:
In case of loss, the time value of the drone will be calculated and invoiced.

Terms of payment for registered companies:
For registered companies, payment terms of 30 days from the invoice date apply.

Availability:
Our rental offers are only available in Switzerland.

Scope of delivery:
Mobile phones/tablets are not included.

Pilot’s Liability Insurance:
The mandatory pilot’s liability insurance is not included in the rental price and must be taken out separately by the customer.
