The Drohnenspital offers international shipping to most countries in the world. Therefore, we have different shipping options for our customers depending on their location, including Switzerland, countries of the EU, GB and all others (world).

Switzerland
Delivery from 69 CHF free of charge
From a value of 69.00 CHF, the delivery fee is waived. For orders up to 69.00 CHF value of goods, delivery costs of 6.90 CHF to 12.70 CHF apply, which are shown in the shopping cart and at the checkout.
Delivery from CH warehouse
We deliver from our warehouse in Switzerland. The total costs including shipping and VAT are displayed when a delivery address is stored in the shopping cart or at checkout.
European Union (EU)
Delivery from € 69 free of charge
From a value of goods of 69 €, the delivery fee is waived. For orders up to 69 € value of goods there are delivery costs of 6.90 to 12.70 €, which are shown in the shopping cart and at the checkout.
Customs clearance
Up to 150 € order value: Private customers receive pre-paid deliveries. The total costs including shipping and VAT are displayed in the shopping cart or at checkout when you enter an EU delivery address.
Over €150 order value: Private customers receive duty-free deliveries. The total costs including shipping and excluding VAT are displayed when storing an EU delivery address in the shopping cart or at checkout.
Business customers receive duty-free deliveries. The total costs including shipping and excluding VAT are displayed when you enter an EU delivery address and a company name in the shopping cart or at checkout.
United Kingdom
Free delivery from £55
From a value of 55 GBP, the delivery fee is waived. Orders up to £55 will incur delivery charges of £5.20 to £12.40 as calculated in the shopping cart/checkout.
Customs clearance
Up to 135 GBP order value: Private customers receive pre-paid deliveries. Shipping costs including VAT are displayed when entering an EU delivery address in the shopping cart or at checkout.
Over £135 order value: Private customers receive duty-free deliveries. The total cost including shipping and excluding VAT will be displayed in the shopping cart or at checkout when a UK delivery address is entered.
Business customers receive duty-free deliveries. Shipping costs excluding VAT are displayed when entering an EU delivery address and a company name in the shopping cart or at checkout.
World (all countries not mentioned above)
Private and business customers receive deliveries to all countries not mentioned above duty unpaid, i.e. VAT is levied on import. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart or at the checkout as soon as a delivery address is stored.
