DJI Care Basic The DJI Enterprise Care supplementary insurances cover various risks, as they can usually occur when operating a multicopter. Thus, the service package makes a significant contribution to securing the investment made and minimizing risks. Not included is liability insurance, which must be taken out separately in accordance with the applicable Swiss regulations. Activate the service within 48 hours together with a new device and you will have the opportunity to purchase up to two replacement devices during the insurance period at favourable conditions (delivery and shipping costs of the manufacturer). The resulting contractual relationship is between you as the customer and the provider of the service DJI Enterprise. Note that some enterprise products already include DJI Enterprise Care packages as a standard service from the manufacturer. The corresponding insurance cover can be extended for another 12 months with a separately available Renew package. In addition, the official warranty period of the product is also extended by 12 months. The number of replacement devices is then reduced to a maximum of one replacement device during the runtime.
